|HIGHER EDUCATION OPPORTUNIY FOR HOMELESSNESS IN CHICAGO
If Pastor Nicolas Bryan Hobson was mayor of Chicago today, he had a plan to provide public colleges in Chicago tuition fee without raising taxes on working families. His plan would not guarantee a tax increase on working families because city of Chicago would be back to a balance budget with a budget surplus. His plan would allow homeless people in Chicago along with homeless people at Pacific Garden Mission, Olive Branch Mission, A Little Bit of Heaven, Franciscan Outreach Association, House of Prayer, Cornerstone Community Outreach Center, Northside Housing and Lincoln Park Community Shelter. City Colleges of Chicago will still be funded from city council. His plan will provide tuition free vocational schools in Chicago as well.
Pastor Hobson plan will decrease homelessness in Chicago to a new low of 44% this year going back to summer 2011. Homelessness in Chicago would decrease by six percent in my first term.
